Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our products for any reason, just contact us (admin@moonchildraven.com) and we'll take care of you.
We are sorry to hear that you are returning an item. But do not worry, we, at Moonchild Raven , will guide and assist you, in every way possible! Happy customers cycle back around!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with this, you can return the product to us and we will issue a refund. You are eligible for a Refund, which are subject to the following terms.
All Items are eligible for return, excluding the following: All services rendered
In case of the return of the items, we will cover all costs associated with the return for damaged or faulty items. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item being returned for buyer's remorse.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return a physical product within 14 days of your purchase being received. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Store credit can be issued in some circumstances as well.
In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Once the item has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7-10 to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to suspend the refund until the items are received back and inspected.

The terms of service by Moonchild Raven and its entities include, but are not limited to, the following:
REFUND
For a refund on services negotiated to be rendered, you must provide the time allotted in the advertisement of the service for cancellations to be eligible for a refund. If you attempt to cancel without advanced notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit must be made to secure another booked appointment for the same or different services.
Occasionally, there are circumstances that will warrant the deposit being rolled over to another scheduled booking. These circumstances are rare and can only be negotiated with the booked provider of said service. A refund will not be issued for any cancellation that does not immediately rebook said service under any circumstances.
We are not trying to be difficult or heartless. Our time is valuable, as is yours, and we just ask to have our time respected so that we can attempt to book another appointment for the same time frame you are leaving empty by the cancellation.
